Thursday 3:45pm-5:45pm @ Brentwood High School - Specific Endurance, Power Development

Friday - Rest

Saturday 10:00am-1:15pm @ Brentwood High School - High Jump, Hurdles, Speed Development

Sunday 3:00pm - 6:15pm @ Brentwood High School - Throws, Long/Triple Jump, Power Development
