KINDERSPORT ELITE
The Elite Training Group is the cornerstone of Kindersport. It is a one-of-a-kind, all-in program for serious athletes aged 13 and older. Anchored by 35 years of coaching at the Olympic, professional, and collegiate levels, Coach Kinder draws from his experience to develop plans that maximize the training effect for every individual athlete.
Kindersport Elite meets 5-6 days per week, 2-3 hours each day, 10 months a year. Every component of training is uncovered from speed and power development to event specific technique, dynamic flexibility, and competition strategy. We schedule a full indoor season (not available through the TSSAA), culminating at the Nike Indoor National Championships. The elite athletes will also participate in a Summer Track Series that includes the National High School Outdoor Championships, and international meets for athletes who qualify for Team USA.
Kindersport Elite athletes will receive customized college counseling, including outreach and recommendations to top programs across the NCAA.
Inclusion in Kindersport Elite is through invitation or tryout only.

TRACK AND FIELD COACHES OF TENNESSEE CONFERENCE AND CLINIC
Back by popular demand, the Track and Field Coaches of Tennessee Clinic will bring together the finest coaches from the Southeast United States. This next-level conference will pursue discovery of the newest and most effective information and methodology to advance training in our sport. No area of coaching will go untouched. Technical events, training strategies, acceleration biomechanics, and much more will be the topics of discussion. The conference will be held in Nashville, Tennessee on January 20-21, 2023.

Kindersport Individual Focus
Sessions are available for individuals or small groups (1-3) looking for a premium and personalized focus in track and field. Technical, biomechanical, physical, or strategic concerns may be addressed.
